5 PROPOSICIONES DE EANA PARA UNA POLÍTICA e-SALUD

DE ALTO NIVEL

La Agrupación Europea de Médicos de Ejercicio Libre ( E.A.N.A. – www. eanamed.eu ) reunida en Asamblea General en Basilea los 16 e 17 de Junio de 2017 desea asegurar el desarrollo de la e-Salud en Europa y apela a la puesta en marcha de los principios siguientes :

1. La interoperabilidad transfronteriza de los sistemas es una necesidad fundamental para obtener datos significativos en materia de investigación y de política de la salud

1. La seguridad y la confianza de todos los usuarios tiene que ser asegurada en particular por medio de la interdisciplinaridad, de la interprofesionalidad y de transversalidad

1. La confianza de los profesionales de la salud exige la creación de un modelo económico viable y transparente

1. La evaluación de los dispositivos e-Salud y m-Salud es esencial para garantizar la seguridad de los pacientes y de la cualidad de los cuidados

1. La formación de los médicos y el acompañamiento de los pacientes en e-Salud deben permitir la colaboración activa de todos los actores

STATEMENT FOR EXCELLENCE IN THE FREE EXERCISE OF MEDICINE IN SPAIN AND EUROPE



In the current context of the Unilateral Declaration of Independence of the Parlament de Catalunya, ASPROMEL owes its Spanish and European partners a clear and unequivocal position.

ASPROMEL is the professional association of doctors in free practice in Spain since 2006. It has been a member since 2009 of the European group of doctors in free practice E.A.N.A. which has been founded in 1974, and since 2013 is part of the Board of this European platform.

ASPROMEL is the center of competence in excellence in the free exercise of medicine in Spain and as such makes it known that excellence is only possible in full respect of the Association's own Statutes, the current health laws, the state of law and of the regulations and laws of the European Union.

ASPROMEL will continue to be a professional association throughout the country and will continue to be a reliable, committed, active and innovative partner of E.A.N.A. , the only platform of free practice of medicine in Europe.

As a result of the Unilateral Declaration of Independence of the Parlament of Catalonia, there has been no voluntary or non-voluntary withdrawal of Catalan partners from ASPROMEL.
